New glass is generally added to the store page every 2-14 days. Our Instagram (@og_tubes) and Facebook accounts are made to keep in touch with our customers and are also both a good place to find additional photos/videos and information about various pieces. If for some reason the piece purchased is not immediately available- we will contact you directly to inform you of your options, which includes a 100% refund.
Most orders are typically shipped within 3 business days. Typically 5-7 business days during a sale in which order volume is high. We ship USPS Priority Mail (3 business days) for free on orders over $100! If you wish to upgrade shipping speed to USPS 2-Day Express mail, please contact us at 808-347-0984 or ogtubes@gmail.com. All orders include a tracking number which is e-mailed automatically upon shipment. All packages will be sent with adult signature required on delivery.
Each order is packed with extreme care, with bubble wrap, packing peanuts as well as double boxing when necessary. We take shipping seriously and strive to offer the most secure shipping possible. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately (see Return & Privacy Policy below).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship internationally to Canada, the UK, Israel and Australia. Contact us about shipping to countries not listed above.
We cover a portion of shipping for our international customers. International customers can calculate their shipping cost by putting the item in question into the cart and entering their address. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated.
All packages will be sent with adult signature required on delivery.
RETURN & PRIVACY POLICY
There is a small window to cancel your order before it is shipped. All order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be made before 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed. Otherwise all sales are final.
If any damaged items are received, please immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Email us these photos with any other pertinent information no more than 24 hours after receipt of your delivery. Any items that have been used or are not in their original condition may not be returned.
You can email your photos/info to whereitsathawaii@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Should you choose to select an item we currently have available, turn around time should be within 7 - 10 business days. If a replacement, repair or store credit is necessary, the process may take anywhere from 10 - 45 business days, based on the scenario.
We do not share any of the information we collect regarding your order and we ensure that all information collected is strictly confidential.

After you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during check out. Heady Hawaii will not be held liable for items shipped to incorrectly given shipping addresses. Please verify that your information is correct in the confirmation email after you've placed an order.
If you purchase a functional item, you will also be emailed an ID Verification email to determine if you are of legal age to purchase Tobacco products for the State/Region that we will be shipping to.
